Our journey began when a leading contract research organization (CRO) approached us for import assistance across several countries. That initial project exposed a significant weakness in the way global clinical trials were being managed. No one truly owned the importation process.
Clinical trial teams were juggling multiple local suppliers and freight forwarders, hoping their shipments would not be delayed at customs. When problems arose, there was often no single party able to provide an effective solution. Demand for a more reliable approach grew entirely through word of mouth.
By 2021, it was clear that this was no longer a side project. It needed a dedicated home. That is why we launched TecEx Medical.
